“You set the meeting alight yesterday...the whole group could not stop talking about the fun they had and the impact it had on them as a team”
What is a Voices in Harmony session?
In ninety minutes I will have your team singing a rousing chorus.
'So how many people can't sing?' Usually the majority of hands go up and a nervous laughter fills the room, yet we all have voices and use them constantly to communicate.
Singing is not within the comfort zone of most people and so a Voices in Harmony session will take the participants on a journey of self-discovery that shows how anything is possible with the correct leadership and positive, creative thinking.
The singing, leading to the performance, is but a catalyst for the exploration of communication, group dynamics, leadership and achieving success together.
For a new team it is the perfect ice-breaker and for an established team it can reveal qualities in colleagues that are rarely shown in the workplace.
Quite simply your team will experience a unique sense of togetherness from singing together and making harmony
“It was a truly inspiring experience and without doubt the best and most powerful workshop I have ever attended – a perfect illustration of the power of true and authentic communication (and an outstanding teacher!) Thank you so much!”
Why choose a Voices in Harmony experience for your group?
Singing is something that we can all do, just how well we can sing is another matter but Tom will take your group on a journey of self-discovery, pushing the limits and unleashing the potential of all the participants. He will encourage the group to take risks, to dare to make mistakes and to show how, by trusting each other, the success that is achieved will turn the initial fear into fun.
People who have experienced these sessions have commented on the feelings of pride, of satisfaction, of overcoming the fear of allowing others to hear your open voice and the joy of working off other people’s energy to motivate the group. Music is an international language and will bring together people of different cultures and languages. Also, let’s not forget, singing is great fun!
Scherzo was launched in 2015 and as the work developed it was re-named Voices in Harmony in 2018. Sessions will be tailored to the clients needs from 60 minutes upwards, and there is a choice of different repertoire. Keyboard hire can be provided as required.
Voices in Harmony sessions are costed on the length of the session and not the number of delegates. Pricing from £1200.00.

““I genuinely think it is the best ninety minutes of training I have had — ever! Tom was absolutely incredible, and I learnt a lot from his style and approach. We were all buzzing for the next three days from that one session, and I am still marvelling at how Tom had turned a room of reluctant and embarrassed people into one of joy and celebration and achievement. It was a truly remarkable ninety minutes, and I wanted to pass back my gratitude!””
